Joshua Jiang is a first year MD student at NYU, receiving Wyss summer research fellowship in 2019. He completed his BA in biochemistry and biophysics from Amherst College in 2017. During his undergraduate years, he worked in Dr. Caroline Goutte's lab studying the functions of ?-secretase in maintaining stem cells in the C. elegans germline. Joshua is interested in continuing his studies of Notch signaling in the context of skin development and human diseases (Hidradenitis Suppurativa) in the Lu lab.
